COMPOSITION:

Each 1 g contains:

Ampicillin trihydrat: 100 mg

Colistin sulfate: 221 890 UI

Excipient q.s: 1 g

INDICATIONS:

AMPICOLI FORT is recommended for uses in cases of Bacterial enteritis and Necrotic enteritis in poultry and waterfowl, Septicemia and other infections caused by different bacteria which are sensitive to Ampicillin and Colistin.

AMPICOLI FORT is effective, as well as, Against Pneumonia, Diarrhea, and Scours in swines, calves and lambs.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:

Mix with feed or mix in drinking water for 3 – 5 days.

– Poultry: 1 g per 5 kg of body weight per day, corresponding to 1 g per liter of drinking water or 2 g per kg of feed.

– Swine: 1 g per 8 – 12 kg of body weight per time, twice per day.

– Calves, lambs: 1 g per 10 – 20 kg of body weight per time, twice per day.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

For meat: 7 days; Eggs: 4 days.

STORAGE:Store in a dry, dark place below 30⁰C, should be protected from direct sunlight.

SHELF LIFE: 24 months
