Distribution Scope
  • Scope of Distribution: VINAVETCO provides products nationwide.
Service Standards

Purchasing Instructions
  • Method 1: Call the company’s phone number, and the company will provide all information about products and services and guide you to authorized distributors/stores. Obligations of the Parties in Transactions
  • Seller and Buyer Obligations: Both parties must adhere to the agreements signed (Purchase Contract, Framework Agreement).
Technology and Warranty
  • Production Technology:
    • VINAVETCO products are manufactured using WHO-GMP certified equipment.
    • VINAVETCO owns the technology, including but not limited to packaging design, raw material standards, formulation, etc.
    • Customers are prohibited from providing/selling/transferring VINAVETCO’s technology information to any third party without written permission. Customers must compensate VINAVETCO for any damages resulting from disclosure or failure to maintain the confidentiality of VINAVETCO’s technology.
  • Warranty: VINAVETCO warranties products according to the expiration date printed on the packaging. During the warranty period, VINAVETCO will cover all costs related to technical warranty (including product exchanges or returns).
Return Policy
  • Products will be exchanged immediately if there are signs of technical defects. The company will cover all costs for exchanging the products either in cash or by deducting from the sales invoice.
Force Majeure
  • Force Majeure Events: Events such as earthquakes, storms, floods, tornadoes, lightning, tsunamis, landslides, fires, wars, or imminent threats of war, and other unforeseen disasters beyond the control of the parties, including changes in policies or prohibitions by competent authorities in Vietnam.
Dispute Resolution
  • Resolution Process: If disputes arise during the execution of the contract, the parties must notify each other in writing and attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation and cooperation.
  • Court Resolution: If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they will be brought to the competent court in Tien Giang for resolution according to the law. The losing party will bear the court fees.
Other Terms
  • Product Retrieval: VINAVETCO reserves the right to reclaim products if the customer has not completed payment or if the contract is terminated prematurely. In such cases, VINAVETCO will only refund a portion of the amount previously paid by the customer after deducting material damages and transportation costs.
