Starting on July 16, 2024, Vinavetco has been launching a project to develop a career path aimed at effectively harnessing employee capabilities for sustainable and exceptional growth.

The career path is a roadmap that guides career development, helping employees see the progression and opportunities for advancement to higher positions within Vinavetco. Additionally, the career path helps employees stay engaged and improve their work performance by providing them with clear goals to strive for within the company

The project involves the participation of all department heads and key personnel at Vinavetco. The project is expected to be implemented over 60 days and includes stages such as Training on the Career Path and discussions on career development; Presenting the organizational structure, business workflow, and career path; Developing detailed job descriptions; and Presenting results to the Leadership Board.

This is an important HR project for Vinavetco aimed at creating a structured and clear career path for employees joining the company. As part of the project, Vinavetco will also develop comprehensive job descriptions for all positions, thereby stabilizing personnel and developing training programs tailored to the specific requirements of each role.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hung, Director of the Company, stated that after being informed about the purpose and significance of the Career Path Project, the company’s staff responded positively and committed to participating to ensure the project meets its quality and timeline.
