COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains:

Vitamin K : 10 mg

Special excipient q.s: 1 ml

INDICATIONS:

Prevention and treatment of vitamin K deficiency and control of bleeding associated with haemorrhagic diseases, enteritis, hepatitis, mixed infections of coccidiosis and E. coli, septicaemia, trauma, wounds and haemolytic colibacillosis in buffaloes, cattle, horses, goats, sheep, pigs, dogs, cats and poultry.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use in animals hypersensitive to any components of the product.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:

Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. The dose may be repeated after 8–12 hours, depending on the severity of bleeding.

Buffaloes and cattle: 1 mL/10–20 kg body weight.

Pigs, goats, sheep, dogs and cats: 1 mL/10 kg body weight.

Poultry: 1 mL/5–10 kg body weight. Alternatively, administer in drinking water at a rate of 1–2 mL per litre of drinking water.

Note: Vitamin K should preferably be administered by injection 4–8 hours before surgery.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: None

STORAGE: Store in a dry place, temperature below 30⁰C, avoid direct light.

SHELF LIFE: 24 months.
