COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains

Ceftiofur HCl: 50 mg

Excipient q.s: 1 ml

INDICATIONS:

For the treatment of general infectious diseases:

Pigs:
– Pneumonia caused by A. Pleuropneumoniae (APP), enzootic pneumonia (SEP), H. parasuis (Glasser’s), pasteurellosis, erysipelas, Streptococcus suis.

– Enteritis, salmonellosis, septicaemia, M.M.A syndrome, dermatitis…

– Superinfection in viral diseases (PRRS, FMD).

Cattle, goats, sheep:

– Pneumonia, diarrhea, dyspepsia, septicaemia, pasteurellosis, nephritis, cystitis, hoof-rot…

– Mastitis, furuncles, infected wounds, dermatitis, arthritis, post-operation.

Dogs, cats:

Enteritis, gastroenteritis, gastroenterocolitis, bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, rhinitis, endometritis, mastitis, agalactia, cystitis, urethritis, pyelonephritis, joints, skin and soft tissues; acute and chronic otitis, postpartum and other primary and secondary infections of bacterial etiology caused by microorganisms sensitive to ceftiofur.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to components of the product.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:

Intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous (SC), once a day. For 3 – 5 days. Shake well before use.

Pigs (IM): 1 ml per 10 – 16 kg b.w.

Cows, cattle, goat, sheep (IM, SC): 1 ml per 50 kg b.w.

Dogs, cats (SC): 0.2 ml per 3 kg b.w.

Note: At one injection site, no more than 10 ml for buffaloes and cows; 5 ml for pigs, sheep, goats and dogs; 1 ml for cats.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

For meat: Cattles 8 days; pigs 5 days

For milk: zero day

STORAGE: Store in a dry place, temperature below 30⁰C, avoid direct light.

SHELF LIFE: 24 months.
