COMPOSITION:

Each vial contains:

Ampicillin sodium: 500 mg

Kanamycin sulfat: 500 mg

INDICATIONS:

Indicated for the treatment of diseases in buffaloes, cattle, horses, goats, pigs and poultry:

– Respiratory tract infections, pneumonia, haemorrhagic septicaemia, erysipelas, anthrax and wound infections.

– Intestinal infections caused by Proteus, Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Salmonella.

– Urogenital tract infections and the MMA syndrome (metritis, mastitis and agalactia).

– Infections caused by staphylococci and bacteria resistant to penicillin.

– Secondary bacterial infections associated with foot-and-mouth disease (FMD).

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not use in animals with hypersensitivity to any component of the product.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:

Reconstitute the product with 10 mL of sterile water for injection and shake until completely dissolved.

Administer by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection twice daily for 3–5 consecutive days.

– Buffaloes, cattle and horses: 1 vial per 100 kg body weight per dose.

– Pigs and goats: 1 vial per 60 kg body weight per dose.

– Piglets, dogs and cats: 1 mL per 3–4 kg body weight.

– Poultry: 1 mL per 3 kg body weight.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

For meat: 5 days.

STORAGE: Store in a dry place, temperature below 30ºC, away from sunlight and safe from children.

SHELF LIFE: 2 years.
