COMPOSITION:

Contains per ml:

Norfloxacin hydrochloride: 100 mg

Excipient q.s: 1 ml

INDICATIONS:

For the treatment and prevention of general bacterial infections caused by Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, especially in gastro-intestinal and respiratory tract, such as: diarrhea, enteritis, colibacillosis, salmonellosis, pasteurellosis, pneumonia, bronchitis, chronic respiratory disease due to Mycoplasma (CRD), CRD complicated E.coli (CCRD), etc in piglets, calves, dogs, cats and poultry.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the drug.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:

Intramuscular (IM), orally (OR).

– Buffalos, cows, sheep, goats, pigs (IM): 1 ml per 20 kg b.w. per day, for 3 – 5 days.

Severe pneumonia: 1 ml per 10 kg b.w. per day.

– Dogs and cats (IM): 1 ml per 10 kg b.w. per day, continuously for 5 days.

In case of severe or chronic disease: Can be injected for up to 10 days.

– Poultry (OR): 1 ml per 1.5 – 4 liters of drinking water for 3 – 5 days.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

For meat: 7 days; For milk: 5 days.

STORAGE: Store in a dry, dark place below 30⁰C, should be protected from direct sunlight.

SHELF LIFE: 24 months.
