Composition:

Each ml contains:

Sulfadiazine Sodium: 200 mg

Trimethoprim: 40 mg

Excipient q.s.f: 1 ml

Indications:

Indicated in the treatment of acute, subacute and chronic conditions of bacterial origin in buffaloes, cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, dogs, cats, rabbits and poultry.

The therapeutic spectrum includes both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria including Streptococci, Staphylococci, Actinobacilli, Actinomycae, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Pneumococci, Proteus, E. coli, Corynebacteria, Vibrio, Bordetella, Brucella, Klebsiellae and Haemophilae.

Contraindications:

Do not use in animals with known hypersensitivity or allergy to components of the product.

Administration and dosage:

Administration is by intramuscular (IM), slow intravenous (IV) or subcutaneous (SC) injection. Once per day. For 3 – 5 consecutive days.

Buffaloes, cattle: 1 ml per 8-12 kg b.w.

Pigs, sheep: 1 ml per 7-10 kg b.w

Dogs and cats, rabbits: 1 ml per 5-8 kg b.w.

Poultry: 1 ml per 4-6 kg b.w.

Withdrawal period:

For meat: 7 days.

For milk: 3 days.

Storage: Store in a dry place, temperature below 30ºC, away from sunlight

Shelf life: 2 years.
