VINAVETCO is currently seeking to hire Sales and Payment Accounting Staff with the following details:<\/p>\n

I. Position and number of vacancies:<\/strong>
\n– Sales and Payment Accounting Staff
\n– Number of positions: 1 staff member.<\/p>\n

II. Requirements:<\/strong>
\n– Gender: Male\/Female, age from 25 to 35 years old;
\n– University\/College degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing;
\n– Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and Fast accounting software
\n– Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, dynamic, honest, enthusiastic about work, able to handle work pressure, and a desire to commit long-term to the company;
\n– Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Sales and Payment Accounting position
\n– Good health, quick learner, hardworking, responsible, and able to handle work pressure;
\n– Preference will be given to candidates with a permanent residence within a 10 km radius of the company;
\n– Details will be discussed during the interview process.<\/p>\n

III.Job description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coordinate with the Customer Service Department:<\/p>\n

– Perform checks and update pricing, policies, and conditions for each customer and each product of the company.
\n– Check and issue daily sales invoices for the sales department’s orders.
\n– Monitor, review, and follow up on receivables.
\n– Calculate and process customer payments and allowances.
\n– Inspect and control the company’s inventory and finished goods.
\n– Manage documents and customer records related to sales activities.
\n– Regularly prepare sales management reports as per company regulations.
\n– Conduct checks, control, and process cash expenses according to company policies and accounting laws.
\n– Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.<\/p>\n

\nAddress: Binh Luong Village, Tan Quang Commune, Van Lam District, Hung Yen Province, and the assigned area as directed at the time.<\/p>\n
