On June 10, 2023, VINAVETCO hosted a team of experts from the Department of Animal Health for a re-evaluation of VINAVETCO’s veterinary drug manufacturing plant to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP-WHO) standards. After eight hours of rigorous work and expert evaluations by leading professors and doctors, VINAVETCO was assessed and certified as meeting the following standards: Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP-WHO), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP-WHO), and Good Storage Practice (GSP-WHO);<\/p>\n

VINAVETCO confidently affirms its brand with well-equipped facilities, and a complete and integrated system of factories, machinery, warehouses, and operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The factory produces Non-Betalactam products with production lines including injection solutions, oral solutions, injectable powder, oral powder, tablets, etc. The manufacturing equipment and supporting systems are continuously maintained and upgraded annually. Additionally, new machinery is invested in to enhance quality and productivity to meet market demands. The laboratory, meeting GLP \u2013 WHO standards, is equipped with advanced machinery and devices such as the HigH-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system, which specializes in analyzing and testing drug components, stability, and quality. Additionally, it includes various other analytical tools, from basic to advanced, such as volumetric titration machines, UV-VIS spectrophotometers, aging cabinets, microbiological cultivation systems, sterile microbiological cabinets, and disintegration testers. All these facilities are aimed at testing, researching, controlling, improving, and enhancing the quality of VINAVETCO’s finished products.<\/p>\n

The GSG\u2013WHO warehouse at VINAVETCO is strictly operated according to standards, including personnel qualifications for warehouse operations, appropriate infrastructure, sanitation procedures for equipment and facilities, and proper storage procedures for production materials and finished goods. The warehouse follows inventory management principles such as FIFO (First In\/First Out) or FEFO (First Expired\/First Out) and has established procedures for transporting goods to customers, handling returns, and maintaining detailed documentation for each warehouse,\u2026<\/p>\n

The Animal Health Department Expert Team visited VINAVETCO to inspect and re-evaluate GMP \u2013 WHO compliance.<\/em><\/p>\n

At the end of a serious and urgent working day, the Animal Health Department Expert Team acknowledged that VINAVETCO has maintained and adhered to GMP – WHO, GLP, and GSP standards over the years. Additionally, the team provided some professional feedback on documentation, testing, and internal auditing to ensure compliance with the established standards. The team concluded that the four production lines for non-beta-lactam veterinary drugs\u2014powdered oral medication, granules; tablets; liquid oral medication; injectable solutions\u2014meet the principles, regulations, and guidelines of GMP – WHO, GLP – WHO, and GSP – WHO.<\/p>\n
