VINAVETCO is currently seeking to recruit Sales Staff with the following details:<\/p>\n

I. Position and Number of Vacancies:<\/strong>
\n– Sales Staff – Sales Department 1
\n– Number of Vacancies: 05 Sales Staff.<\/p>\n

II. Requirements:<\/strong>
\n-Gender: Male\/Female; Age: 22 – 35 years old;
\n-Education: High School Diploma or higher (Preference given to those with a background in animal husbandry or veterinary science);
\n-Skills: Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, dynamic and enthusiastic about work, honest, able to handle work pressure, and a desire for long-term commitment to the company.;
\n-Experience: At least 1 year of experience in market sales and working for companies specialized in veterinary medicine, animal husbandry, feed, or related fields.
\n– Health: Good health, quick to adapt, diligent, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.;
\n– Preference: Candidates with permanent residence in the former Ha Tay area, Bac Ninh – Bac Giang, Nam Dinh – Ha Nam – Thai Binh, Nghe An, Ninh Binh – Thanh Hoa.;
\n– Details: To be discussed during the interview process.<\/p>\n

III. Job Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Sales: Sell veterinary medicines, vaccines, and pharmaceutical products produced and distributed by the company.<\/p>\n

– Debt Collection: Responsible for collecting receivables from customers following sales transactions.<\/p>\n

– Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets set by the company and the Sales Department.<\/p>\n

– Consultation and Support: Provide consultation and treatment services for livestock, poultry, waterfowl, dogs, cats, etc., and support agents in implementing company programs.<\/p>\n

– Customer and Agent Expansion: Develop and seek out new customers and agents to build new distribution channels for the company\u2019s products.<\/p>\n

– Seminars and Workshops: Participate in and help organize seminars and workshops to provide disease consultation, introduce new products, and promote new company programs.<\/p>\n

– Customer Liaison: Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring customer rights are protected according to company policies and promotional programs.<\/p>\n

– Reporting: Prepare and submit work reports to management and attend monthly sales meetings.<\/p>\n

– Company Representation: Maintain a positive image of the company in interactions with customers.<\/p>\n

– Professionalism: Exhibit seriousness, courtesy, and professionalism in all work-related activities<\/p>\n
